For as long as I can remember, health and wellness have been part of my everyday life. I ate whole foods, limited processed foods, exercised regularly, and stayed active. By my twenties, I was raising two incredible boys and living the healthy, active life I had always envisioned. I genuinely believed I was doing everything right.
But in my early thirties, something changed. I was constantly exhausted, my hair was thinning, and I felt like my body was slowly shutting down. Test after test came back "normal," yet I knew something wasn't right.
Eventually, I received a diagnosis no one ever wants to hear: cancer.
I followed the conventional path through surgery, treatment, and long-term medication. But even after treatment, I continued to struggle. On paper, things looked fine, yet I still felt exhausted and disconnected from the body I had always worked so hard to care for.
I wasn't looking for another diagnosis. I wanted to understand why I still didn't feel well.
That search eventually led me to a Traditional Naturopath and an entirely different perspective on wellness. For the first time, I began looking beyond individual symptoms and considering how nutrition, minerals, the nervous system, and everyday habits work together.
It wasn't an overnight transformation, but gradually, I began finding my way back to feeling like myself again.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
What began as a personal search for answers became a professional calling. Over the next decade, I pursued education and training in Traditional Naturopathy, Master Nutrition, and Functional Wellness.
Today, I bring that experience into my work with clients who want to better understand their health, especially those navigating fatigue, brain fog, hormonal changes, or the frustration of being told everything looks normal when they know they don't feel their best.
My approach is gentle, thoughtful, and never one-size-fits-all. I believe in listening carefully, looking at the bigger picture, and creating practical wellness plans that fit real life.
Because real wellness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about understanding your body, making informed choices, and building a foundation that supports you through every season of life.
